Mid-day Count, Sept 11

Here is my count for the current price action. I have not been watching all of the indices that I normally do (only been able to watch the market for about 20 minutes today), but I have been watching the NDX, as it is still behaving like the leader.

Also here are my thoughts on a projection that will take us out to C/Z/P2 in mid-late September. Probably to 1070-1100 land on the SPX.
